How To Place An Order:

Orders must be received in our office by 9:00am of the working day prior to your delivery date. For example, orders for delivery on Monday must be placed by 9:00am on Friday.

This lead time is necessary to allow enough time for orders to be processed and loaded on our truck in the proper unloading sequence. Please be advised, some routes are 2-day routes, therefore you may be required to place your order 2 days prior to your delivery and will not receive your delivery for 2 days.

Any Order Received After 12:00 Noon May Be Delayed Until The Following Delivery Date.


Minimum Order (Retail):

Free delivery is $500.00
Minimum Order for Kennels/Breeders is $500.00.

Product Availability:
Not all products are available in all areas. Please contact your Territory Sales Manager for details.

Fuel Surcharge:

Distribution costs rapidly change as fuel prices increase and decrease weekly. With this being such a large part of our costs, we have elected to implement a fuel surcharge which works on a sliding scale.
The cost used each week will be based on the National Fuel Index listed on Monday morning. Utilizing this system allows us to keep our product prices stable and not adjust for fluctuating fuel costs.

Special Orders:

If there are any products you would like from our current suppliers, but do not see listed, you may special order them. Non-stocked items will be accepted with a minimum deposit. No Returns Are Accepted On Special Orders.

Pick-Up Orders:

New Pick Up Hours:

Orders may be picked up at our warehouse Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays 9am-4pm. Starting January 1st, 2020 we will no longer be offering pickups on Tuesdays & Fridays. 

Pick-Up orders are eligible for a 2% discount when paid in full (If account has no balance outstanding).


Our usual business practice is to not ship backorders unless requested. Most of our retailers find it more convenient to just re-order everyday items on their next delivery. For promotions, displays, or special orders, we will then hold on to orders and ship once inventory is received.

Case Counts:

Most items offered in our catalog are sold in minimal quantities for your convenience. The description will explain the quantity you will receive for the “Your Cost” listed. To purchase a full case, please order the quantity under Case Count.

Example 1: Order 1 of this item to recieve (1) Blackwood 4oz Catfish, Chickpea, Coconut & Kale Treat for Dog for "Your Cost". Order 12 for a full case.

The category your account is set up under is based on your total monthly sales. An average of 3 months is used to determine your price level. This pricing structure allows you to pick and choose items available through LADS Pet Supplies at the lowest possible price. The more items you purchase from us, the more savings we are able to pass on to you.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The most current price is always the price listed in the computer and on your invoice on the day your order was processed. We do reserve the right to correct pricing errors and printing mistakes.


Payment of our invoices will be clearly marked on your invoice. Established accounts in good standing are eligible for 7-day terms upon approval. We are happy to accept company checks once a completed New Store Account Application has been received and approved.

  • Mastercard or Visa
  • ACH Payments (Must Be Set Up)

A finance charge of 1.5% per month, 18% per annum, will be added to balances that are unpaid after 30 days. A return check charge of $30.00 will be billed each time a check is returned.


Coupons redeemable through LADS Pet Supplies will be accepted in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Cash-Off coupons will be handled like cash and receive full face value.
Free product coupons be credited for the wholesale prices, less any discounts taken off invoice.
Coupons must be sent to a clearinghouse when requested by the manufacturer.
Mail-In-Rebates will not be accepted. These should be mailed to the manufacturer directly by the customer.


With prior approval, merchandise purchased from LADS Pet Supplies can be returned for credit only if:

  • We delivered it in unsalable condition. You must notify us within 24-hours of delivery
  • It is an incorrect item shipped to you in error. You must notify us with 24-hours of delivery
  • It is a consumer return within the guidelines of the specific manufacturer warranty

We Do Not Accept Outdated Product or Product That Is Not Selling.
